These terms govern the use of Haypartido by players and organisers. By creating an account or booking a spot you accept them. Where there is a concrete rule (refunds, age, conduct), you will find it exactly as the Platform enforces it. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
Haypartido (owner: Goudplevier Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales) is an intermediation platform: organisers publish games at their venues and players book individual spots. The contract for the sporting activity is between the player and the organiser; Haypartido facilitates booking, payment collection and communication, and collects payments on the organiser's behalf as a limited payment collection agent. The spot price goes in full to the organiser, who is responsible for their own taxes; Haypartido receives only the service fee, which includes applicable Spanish VAT (21%), declared by Haypartido in Spain.
Private matches: any player may also organise a private match and invite others. For these matches Haypartido only provides the tool (roster, chat, reminders and an informational cost tracker): it does not charge players, plays no part in reserving the facility — which is solely the organiser’s responsibility — and takes no part in payments between players, which happen outside the Platform at the participants’ own responsibility.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Players sign in with their mobile number via SMS code; organisers with email and password.
• One account per person: each phone number and each email can be linked to only one account.
• Your account details must be truthful and up to date. You are responsible for keeping control of your number and email.
The price of each spot is always shown before you pay and consists of the game price set by the organiser plus Haypartido's booking fee. The total amount, all charges included, is displayed on the payment screen.
A game may require a minimum number of players. If the minimum is not reached by the deadline, the game is cancelled and everyone is refunded in full.
• If you cancel your spot up to 24 hours before kickoff: 100% refund, booking fee included.
• If you cancel within the final 24 hours: no refund, because at that point your spot is hard to refill and the organiser is counting on you.
• If the game is cancelled (minimum not reached, organiser cancellation or force majeure): 100% refund to everyone.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Timing depends on your bank (usually 5–10 working days).
Right of withdrawal: under article 103.l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to leisure services with a specific performance date, such as a spot in a game. The cancellation policy in this section applies instead, and is clearer and more generous within the 24-hour window.
If a game is full you can join the waitlist. When a spot frees up it is offered in order; you only pay if you confirm the spot within the time shown in the offer.
Some games have a host: a trusted player who helps the game happen (welcomes the group, sorts the teams). The host is a fellow player, not an employee or representative of Haypartido.
Private games are created and run by a player for their own group. Haypartido provides the tools free of charge: an invite link, the spot list, the match chat, the cost tracker and the MVP vote.
In private games Haypartido does not charge, hold or move any money. The cost tracker is an informational record between the participants of who has paid what: it is not a payment service, a remittance or an electronic wallet. Payments between participants (cash, Bizum or other means) happen outside the Platform and at the sole responsibility of those making them.
If the creator of a private game chooses to open individual spots to the public, those spots may be shown on the Platform; the game remains organised by the player who created it.
• Fair play on and off the pitch. Violence, harassment and discrimination are not tolerated.
• Do not impersonate others or post unlawful or offensive content in chats or profiles.
• Repeatedly booking and not showing up harms everyone and may limit your account.
• In hosted games, the host’s instructions during play (team selection, goalkeeper rotation, safety) must be respected. The rules of play published on the Platform — including the ban on slide tackles and on any aggressive play — form part of these community rules.
• The MVP vote is a recreational recognition between players, with no monetary value. Haypartido may void ballots in the event of abuse.
Breaching these rules may lead to suspension or closure of your account, without prejudice to paid bookings, which will be refunded if the game still allows cancellation under section 4.
Football is a physical activity with an inherent risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and declare you are in adequate physical condition. We recommend holding insurance that covers sports.
The matchday warm-up offered on the Platform is general information and does NOT constitute medical advice or a personalised training programme. Notices about your match history describe your activity on Haypartido, not your state of health. Do it within your limits and, if anything hurts or you are unsure, stop and consult a healthcare professional.
The organiser is responsible for the condition and safety of the facility and for complying with the regulations applicable to it. Haypartido, as an intermediary, is not liable for the performance of the sporting activity or the facilities.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, nor the rights consumer law grants you.
• To publish games, the venue must be approved by Haypartido.
• Player payments are processed by Haypartido through Stripe; organiser payouts are transferred to the organiser's account via Stripe Connect after Stripe's identity verification. Payouts are settled periodically to the venue owner.
• A venue may have co-managers: they share day-to-day management, but payouts always go to the owner.
• The organiser undertakes that game information (price, time, format, surface) is accurate and to look after booked players.
We may improve or modify the Platform. If we materially change these terms we will announce it inside the Platform with reasonable notice; changes will not affect bookings already paid.
• Severability: if any clause of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder keeps its full effect.
• No waiver: Haypartido not enforcing a clause at a given moment does not waive its right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: Haypartido may assign its contractual position to a group company or to the entity that continues operating the Platform, without diminishing your rights. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
• Language: these terms are published in Spanish and English; in case of divergence, the Spanish version prevails.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any question or complaint, write to us first at hola@haypartido.es: we resolve most issues within days. As a consumer, you may also go to the courts of your place of residence or to consumer arbitration boards.
