Venue Terms (Condiciones para Campos).

1. The model: who provides what

Haypartido (owner: Goudplevier Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales) acts as an intermediation platform. The sporting service — the pitch, the activity, the game — is provided by the venue to the player; Haypartido facilitates listing, booking, payment collection and communication.

• The spot price set by the venue is entirely the venue’s income. Haypartido collects it on the venue’s behalf as a limited payment collection agent.

• The booking fee paid by the player is Haypartido’s only income and includes applicable Spanish VAT (21%), declared by Haypartido.

• The venue is responsible for declaring its own income and taxes.

2. Registration, accuracy and verification

• The venue account is created by an identified responsible person (owner, manager, staff, club or public body) who declares they are authorised to represent the venue and publish its offer.

• The information provided — venue name, address, contact, photos, conditions — must be accurate and kept up to date.

• Haypartido may verify the information by reasonable means (phone contact, public checks on the venue, web references) and may refuse, condition or withdraw a listing where verification is unsatisfactory.

• Co-managers added by the owner have operational access; settlements are always paid to the account owner.

3. Games, prices and refunds

• The venue sets the spot price, format and capacity for each game it publishes.

• The Platform’s booking rules apply to all of the venue’s games: full refund when a game misses its minimum (automatic cancellation), free player cancellation up to 24h before kick-off, and full refunds to all players if the venue cancels.

• The host system is part of the service: the host welcomes players and gets the game going under the published rules.

4. How games are ordered

• Games are ordered by kick-off time: the one played soonest comes first. That is the whole rule. There is no relevance algorithm, no score, no featured slots.

• Position cannot be bought. We do not sell placement or trade it for exclusivity, and no venue is treated better for its size or its turnover.

• Haypartido publishes no games of its own competing with yours, so there is no offering of ours to favour. If that ever changed, we would say so here before doing it.

• You may offer your pitches wherever and at whatever price you like — on your own site, by phone, on another platform — and you do not owe us your best price. We ask for no exclusivity of any kind.

5. Payments and settlements

• Haypartido settles with the venue weekly (Mondays) for completed games, through our payment provider (Stripe).

• Before the first settlement the venue must complete Stripe’s identity and bank verification and provide its fiscal identity (legal name and tax ID).

• Refunds to players under section 3 are deducted from settlements. Chargebacks attributable to the venue’s games may be passed on to the venue.

6. Venue obligations

• The facility must be suitable and safe for the published activity, and hold the licences, permits and insurance required by applicable regulations. These are exclusively the venue’s responsibility.

• The venue will comply with local regulations applicable to its activity (hours, noise, access, capacity).

• Haypartido is not the organiser of the sporting activity and is not liable for damages arising from the practice of sport or the condition of the facility.

7. Player data and venue data

To run its games, the venue sees limited player data (name, profile photo and booking status). The venue may only use it to manage those games: it may not copy it, share it or use it for its own advertising. Details of the processing are in the Privacy Policy.

The data about your own activity — your games, your bookings, your takings and your settlements — is yours, and it is visible in La Mesa for as long as the relationship lasts. If you leave, ask us for a copy and we will provide one.

Haypartido does not sell or pass on players’ personal data beyond the above, and does not hand what happens at your venue to other venues.

8. Suspension and leaving

• Haypartido may suspend a venue with immediate effect for breach of these terms, risk to players or signs of fraud. Suspension cancels future games with full refunds to players.

• When we suspend or restrict a venue we tell you why, in writing and by email, before the measure takes effect or at the moment it starts: the specific facts, the clause we rely on, and how to challenge it. You will never have to guess.

• If we end the relationship outright we give you 30 days of notice and the same reasons, unless a legal obligation forces us to move faster or the breach is serious or repeated.

• If you think we got it wrong, write to hola@haypartido.es: a person reviews it, and if you are right the suspension is lifted with no further formality.

• The venue may leave at any time; published games are completed or cancelled with refunds under section 3, and outstanding settlements are paid in the normal cycle.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we tell you by email and in La Mesa, and the change does not take effect for 15 days. During that period you may leave at no cost; if you keep publishing games afterwards, we take that as acceptance of the new version. We only skip the notice period where the change is imposed by a legal obligation or closes a security risk.

Games already published and outstanding settlements are governed by the version in force when you published them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, even though the company is incorporated in the United Kingdom. If something does not add up, write to us first at hola@haypartido.es: almost everything is settled by talking, and within days. Failing that, the courts and tribunals the law designates: we choose none by contract. The Spanish version prevails over any translation.
