These terms govern the relationship between Haypartido and the venues (and their responsible persons) that publish games on the Platform. They are accepted when creating a venue account and complement the general Terms and Conditions. The person accepting declares they are authorised to represent the venue. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
Haypartido (owner: Goudplevier Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales) acts as an intermediation platform. The sporting service — the pitch, the activity, the game — is provided by the venue to the player; Haypartido facilitates listing, booking, payment collection and communication.
• The spot price set by the venue is entirely the venue’s income. Haypartido collects it on the venue’s behalf as a limited payment collection agent.
• The booking fee paid by the player is Haypartido’s only income and includes applicable Spanish VAT (21%), declared by Haypartido.
• The venue is responsible for declaring its own income and taxes.
• The venue account is created by an identified responsible person (owner, manager, staff, club or public body) who declares they are authorised to represent the venue and publish its offer.
• The information provided — venue name, address, contact, photos, conditions — must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Haypartido may verify the information by reasonable means (phone contact, public checks on the venue, web references) and may refuse, condition or withdraw a listing where verification is unsatisfactory.
• Co-managers added by the owner have operational access; settlements are always paid to the account owner.
• The venue sets the spot price, format and capacity for each game it publishes.
• The Platform’s booking rules apply to all of the venue’s games: full refund when a game misses its minimum (automatic cancellation), free player cancellation up to 24h before kick-off, and full refunds to all players if the venue cancels.
• The host system is part of the service: the host welcomes players and gets the game going under the published rules.
• Haypartido settles with the venue weekly (Mondays) for completed games, through our payment provider (Stripe).
• Before the first settlement the venue must complete Stripe’s identity and bank verification and provide its fiscal identity (legal name and tax ID).
• Refunds to players under section 3 are deducted from settlements. Chargebacks attributable to the venue’s games may be passed on to the venue.
• The facility must be suitable and safe for the published activity, and hold the licences, permits and insurance required by applicable regulations. These are exclusively the venue’s responsibility.
• The venue will comply with local regulations applicable to its activity (hours, noise, access, capacity).
• Haypartido is not the organiser of the sporting activity and is not liable for damages arising from the practice of sport or the condition of the facility.
To run its games, the venue sees limited player data (name, profile photo and booking status). The venue may only use it to manage those games: it may not copy it, share it or use it for its own advertising. Details of the processing are in the Privacy Policy.
• Haypartido may suspend a venue with immediate effect for breach of these terms, risk to players or signs of fraud. Suspension cancels future games with full refunds to players.
• The venue may leave at any time; published games are completed or cancelled with refunds under section 3, and outstanding settlements are paid in the normal cycle.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any issue is first resolved via hola@haypartido.es; failing that, before the competent courts. The Spanish version prevails over any translation.
