Haypartido is an intermediation platform connecting people who want to play football (players) with pitches and organisers who publish spots in their games (organisers). Haypartido does not run the sporting activity or operate the facilities: it facilitates booking and payment of spots.
Accessing the Platform makes you a user and implies acceptance of this Legal notice, the Terms and conditions and the Privacy policy. You agree to use the Platform diligently and lawfully.
The Haypartido brand, its logo ("la escuadra"), the design, texts and software of the Platform belong to the Owner or its licensors. Reproduction or exploitation without express authorisation is prohibited. Profile photos and user-generated content belong to their authors, who grant Haypartido a limited licence to display them within the service.
The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform, although we work to provide a stable service. The Owner is not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from the Platform.
This Legal notice is governed by Spanish law.
